Document Description
The proposed mitigation plan entails enhancement of approximately 2.5 acres total riparian/wetland restoration plats (in addition to the 17.6 acres of fluctuating wetland/open water habitat offered at the reservoir site) as one component of the environmental mitigation measures for the Sierra Conservation Center (SCC) Effluent Disposal System Project. (The Shotgun Creek mitigation area would replace a previously proposed wetland mitigation pond at the back of the Gardella reservoir.)
