Document Description
The Qual Valley Water District proposes conducting a feasibility study to evaluate the alternatives design of consolidating the Quail Valley Water District Eastside system with the Quail Valley District Westside system. The feasibility study will include the preparation of an engineering report, plans and specifications, surveying, geotechnical investigation, environmental documentation and bid documents. The project may include the construction of test wells and/or treatment pilot studies.
