Document Description
DFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Orange County Public Works. The applicant proposes to remove debris from the Peters Canyon Dam/Reservoir main dam outlet and the Peters Canyon Dam/Reservoir spill pipe outlet. Approximately 0.005 acre of existing silt and cattail vegetation will be removed from a 10-x20-foot(ft) area located at the mouth of the main dam outlet. Approximately 0.007 acre of silt, weeds, and woody vegetation will be removed from a 10 x 30ft area at the mouth of the spill pipe outlet.
