Document Description
The purpose of this planning study is to investigate the feasibility of drilling wells that meet the arsenic MCI and, if necessary, determine the mose beneficial method of arsenic treatment. The intent of the plannning is to prepare the necessary engineering design elements and drill test wells such thet RCWD will be ready to resubmit a SRF Construction Loan Application that can be considered "shovel ready." The planning scope will also include hydrogeological investigation, surveying, plans and specifications, environmentatl documentation, and application for consruction funds.
