NOTE: Shortened Review The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes an energy-efficient, LEED-certified Visitor Center and Administrative Office facility on the site of the San Luis Unit of the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge. This complex will provide office space for FWS Staff, enhance the refuge visitors experience, and increase environmental education opportunities to students.
