NOTE: Review Per Lead The Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared for the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) to support an application from the Cachil DeHe Band of Wintun Indians of the Colusa Indian Community for 225 acres of land to be placed into federal trust, which is intended to be used for continued agricultural production of walnuts and construction of up to 20 houses for Tribal members. The EA describes and analyzes two development alternatives and a No Action alternative.
