Document Description
The Project would off-set the loss of available acreage for agricultual land application of biosolids from the City of Santa Rosa wastewater treatment plant by establishing agreements at three new sites in southern Sonoma County to provide increased flexibility for agricultural land application. The Project would include hauling, stockpiling, and application of Class B treated biosolids in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements at ranches located off of Twin House Ranch Road, Reclamation Road, Noble Road, and Highway 37 in southern Sonoma County. The Class B biosolids would be hauled and stockpiled Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 6:00pm, May 1 through October 31 of each year, with application typically occurring in late October under City oversight.
