Document Description
The focal point of the Specific Plan is the approved Capitol Corridor train station at the intersection of Peabody and Vanden Road. The Specific Plan provides for a minimum of 3,000 dwelling units within a one-half mile radius of the station. At buildout, the Specific Plan could accommodate up to an additional 6,800 dwelling units, an added population of ~19,277, roughly 5 million sf of commercial and industrial development, and a range of public and open space uses on ~2,972 acres of land.
