Document Description
The Project is part of a residential development of approximately 346 units of townhomes, landscaping, a park, and open space. The Project covered under this Agreement is limited to the below activities affecting Drainages 1b and 1c, which are segments of an unnamed tributary to Hill Slough. The Project will avoid Drainage 1a. 1. Installing a 42-inch diameter storm drain and headwall at the eastern end of Drainage 1c. 2. Widening and lengthening a portion of Drainage 1c to include an approximately 0.20-acre created wetland. 3. Installing a 15-inch diameter storm drain and headwall structure at the eastern end of Drainage 1b. 4. Installing two 48-inch diameter storm drains and headwall structure at the southern end of Drainage 1b. 5. Slope recontouring and replacement of a headwall at the western end of Drainage 1b. The Project would result in 0.07 acres and 273 linear feet of permanent impacts and 0.08 acres and 468 feet of temporary impacts to an unnamed tributary to Hill Slough.
