CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0051-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, One Lake holding LLC, as represented by Dan Aguilar. Project is limited to: 1) the installation of a three span bridge across Union Creek and an outfall structure as part of the Vanden Road realignment and widening, and 2) the installation of two water lines within the unnamed drainages to provide water to the Canon Station Project development.
