Document Description
The project consists of the following: 1. A General Plan Amendment to change the site's land use designation from Estate Residential, Low Density Residential, and Public Park to Low Density Residential and Public Park. 2. A Specific Plan Amendment to change the East Franklin Specific Plan's land use designation of the site from SFR 2-4, SFR 3-5, and Mini Park to SFR 3-6 and Park. 3. A Rezone of the site from RD-4, RD-5, and O to RD-5 and O 4. A Large Lot Tentative Subdivision Map to create 4 large residential parcels, and one park parcel for phased development purposes. 5. A Tentative Subdivision Map to create 314 single-family residential parcels, a 4.9+- acre park parcel, 14 landscape lots, 11.3+- acres of major roadways, and a 4.3 acre "remainder portion" of land.
