Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct a CalFire (PRC 4290)-compliant driveway, 14 ft wide by +/- 1,200 ft long, on a parcel north of State Route 49 to provide access to a single family residence. The proposed project would require substantial grading and construction of retaining walla on a sloped and forested hillside within the Scenic Corridor combining zone district. Approximately 5,960 cy of cut and 260 cy of fill would be required. Total disturbance area would be +/- 2.2 acres, of which +/- 1.6 acres would be revegetated following construction.
