Document Description
The project is an 84 acre planned development that would create 276 single family dwellings, 105 multi-family units (with a community building), as well as open space, parks, utility and drainage basin facilities. (Note: This document was previously circulated in September 2008. In order to comply with proposed project-level conditions of approval, the number of single family lots was reduced from 329 to 276. In addition to residential development, the project includes open space (levee parkway) and a park system. A linear park bisects the project along a north-south lateral and will contain landscaped areas, play areas, seating and trails. The linear park will connect to a multi-use path running along the project perimeter near the Sacramento River levee. On- and off-site infrastructure improvements for streets, water, wastewater, and storm water are also part of the project.
