Metro PCS, is proposing to erect an 84 ft pole ~60 ft west of a 70 ft tall existing wireless tower, disguised as a faux pine tree, approved by the Planning Commission in 2009 (U-09-01). The new tree pole will e 65 ft west of the existing tree pole, owned and operated by Verizon Wireless. The new monopole is capable of 2 additional carriers. Four panel antennas will initially be installed at a center-line height of 75 ft. The new facility will comprise of 1,600 sf (40 x 40 lease area), enclosed by a 9 ft inch high CMU wall located 13 ft west of the existing Verizon lease area (1089 sf).
