- Proposed amendment to the existing 1985 Reclamation Plan for Permanente Quarry. The proposed application, received July 29, 2011, supersedes both the prior East Materials Storage Area Reclamation Plan Amendment (2009) and Comprehensive Reclamation Plan Amendment (2010) applications. The proposed reclamation area is approximately 811 acres and encompasses all portions of the property that have been disturbed by mining related operations. The application does not proposed a new mining area.
