Document Description
Proposal is to amend the 1985 Reclamation Plan to include the areas mined outside of the existing reclamation plan boundary and a Use Permit for a proposed mining area located south of Permanente Creek. New mining area will be located adjacent to Permanente Creek, approximately 100 feet, requiring a new bridge crossing, and cut slopes to the top of the ridge. The reclamation includes grading and revegetation of cut and fill areas of both the new mining location adjacent to Permanente Kaiser Cement plant, and some structures when Henry Kaiser acquired property including 1890's wagon road, Kaiser cabin, sugar shack.
