- Document Description
- MD Development is proposing to create 127 single family residential lots on 38.3 acres at 6600 and 6650 Oasis Road, approximately 1/5 mile west of Old Oregon Trail/Akrich Street in an "RS-3" Residential Single Family District with a General Plan designation of "Residential, 2 to 3.5 units per acre." The development is to occur in multiple phases and is proposed as a planned development. Rezoning of the property is necessary to add the "PD" Planned Development Overlay District to the property's base zoning designation, allowing variation from several Zoning Code performance standards. On-site stormwater detention is proposed in order to maintain peak stormwater flows at predevelopment levels.
