An approximately 27,000 sf awning is also proposed as appurtenant development. Existing facilities authorized by previous permits will continue to be used for the approved purposes; Phase 2) An interim processing capacity of up to 900 tons per day whereby the applicant would accept and process materials from a nearby MRF undergoing permitting at 3417 Standish Ave, Santa Rosa. The interim phase would be approved for a period of one year, subject to annual extensions thereafter, not to exceed the time necessary to permit the MRF at 3417 Standish Ave.
