Document Description
The Grand Park lies within the Dumbarton TOD (Transit Oriented Development) Specific Plan Area which encompasses 205 acres at the western edge of the City of Newark, CA. The overall TOD specific plan was addressed in an EIR (certified by the City of 2011). The Grand Park site is located on portions of APNs 537-0852-001-02 and 573-0852-002-07, and a rezone of the approx. 5 acre Grand Park site is required to change the zoning designation from Business and Technology Park (BTP) to Park (PK).
