CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0234-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Scott Hilk/William Lyon Homes. The project is limited to installation of a culvert outfall that consists of a multiple-cell box culvert structure and associated riprap and grading on the north bank of Plummer Creek.
