- NOTE: Review Per Lead The Caltrans proposes to seismically retrofit portions of the West Branch Feather River Bridge (Bridge No. 12-0134) in Butte County. The retrofit would replace structural components to reinforce the bridge structure. The scope of work would include installing cable restrainers, replacing joint seals, and cleaning and painting the bridge structure. THese upgrades are intended to protect the bridge in the event of seismic activity.
