- Note: Refer to Resubmitted EIR on June 8, 2016 Note: Revised Draft EIR The project includes updating the current 1993 General Plan. The general plan includes goals and policies to guide the physical development of the community from the date of adoption through the year 2035. If approved, the General Plan Update could result in a population increase of up to 632 persons, 260 new housing units, approximately 300,000 new sf of commercial space and approximately 875 new jobs.
