Initial Study to determine the potential impacts from the proposed exploration for the removal of oil and gas in an area mapped as Kit Fox habitat in a Permanent Grazing, (PG) and Heavy Industrial (HI) zoning district. Grant a grading permit to allow a total of 7,096 cy of grading, approximately 3,896 cy of cut and 3,200 cy of fill; including a 20 ft wide access road 65 ft long. The property is located at the North West corner Section 6 Township 23S and Range 11E Mount Diablo Meridian fronting Sargent Creek Road east of San Ardo oil fields in the South County Area Plan.
