The proposed Project includes the leasing of ~320 acres of property in Kings County, CA, for the construction of two ~160 acre fixed-panel array solar power generation facilities, each including the construction of transformers, inverters and electrical panels on twenty 20x40 ft concrete pads, a collection substation and a metering station. The Project also includes low-impact lighting and fencing installation for safety purposes.
