Document Description
The proposed General Plan Amendment concerns modifications to the Transportation Master Element of the City's General Plan and is necessary to address changes in bike paths, trails, public transit and roadway design, location, and classifications, upon which future development, projected traffic volumes, levels of service, multi-model trail systems, and local and regional circulations patterns are based. Existing policies, strategies, and design standards are to be updated to meet current local, regional, and state requirements and the future transportation demands of the City.
