Document Description
The proposed project would demolish the existing Hacienda Plaza housing facility, which consists of a total of 100 affordable housing units located on a scattered site. On the Calle Cebu site there are 22 structures consisting of 76 multi-family residential units and a community room and on the East Rossir Street site there are 8 structures consisting of 24 multi-family residential units, an office, and storage facility. In addition, ~10 trees would be removed from the Calle Cebu site. The demolition of this public housing facility is proposed in two phases with the demolition and disposal of material from the Calle Cebu site first and the demolition and disposal of material from the East Rossi Street site second. The East Rossi Street site would remain vacant for future potential redevelopment. The proposed project includes the redevelopment of the 5.5 acre Calle Cebu site (APN 003-121-010-000) as a new affordable housing facility referred to as Laguna Hacienda.
