Document Description
The proposed project would demolish the existing Hacienda Plaza housing facility, which consists of a total of 100 affordable housing units located on a scattered site. In addition, the Calle Cebu site (consisting of 22 existing structures) would be redeveloped with 11 multi-family residential buildingd consisting of 99 affordable units and a 2 story, 12,068 sf "Residential Services Facility" building. The residential buildings would be comprised two and three story modular buildings and one two story modular building located along the perimeter of the 5.5 acre parcel. The new housing facility would be referred to as "Laguna Haciendas" and would result in the development of 14 one bedroom units, 49 two bedroom units, 31 three bedroom units, and 5 four bedroom units. The first floor of the RSF buildings would provide ~2,574 sf of residential services use and 3,450 sf of office space and the second floor of the office building would provide an additional 6,034 sf of office use. The proposed project includes a Condition Use Permit (CUP) for the office use to be restricted for solely the purpose of HACM's affordable housing services.
