Document Description
The proposed construction will include a two story permanent classroom building with a footprint of ~30,000 sf. The total building area is 57,600 sf. The area to be impacted by the new building includes existing asphalt and a small amount of non-native lawn. The propose building will be located in the center of the existing campus near the eastern side. The building location will be on existing asphalt parking areas and basketball courts. There is a small amount non-native lawn that will be impacted adjacent to the existing asphalt. According to Fall 2008 Projection report, population projection, there will not be a significant increase in the 5 yrs. The intent of the new building is to provide classroom space for existing students.
