Document Description
Construction of a hunting club on 830.79 acres and addressed by the APN 025-130-001, 003; 025-120-008. Project will include 9 cabins, a headquarters, and a storage building. Access to the site is from a private ranch road. Water provided from a well and two springs. Spring water will be stored in two 5,000 gallon (10,000 gallons total) water storage tanks. Each cabin will have an individual septic system. Gas for appliances will be held in propane tanks at various locations on the site. Electricity will be supplied with propane eclectic generators. Fire suppression water will be held in a 10,000 gallon water storage tank which gravity will feed a wharf hydrant. Grading of the site will follow natural slopes and conditions to allow surface runoff to natural ditches and terrain. The hunting club would operate during weekends and holidays.
