The project would amend and expand the Earthquake Disaster Assistance Project for Portions of Council District 7. The reasonable maximum amount of development that could occur as a result of the proposed project includes 34,767,956 sf of commercial space, 49,194,165 sf of industrial space, and 11,101 new residential units within the Existing Redevelopment Project Area and up to 8,717,311sf of commercial space, 87,244,227 sf of industrial space, and 6,501 new residential units within the Proposed Expansion Area. These numbers do not include existing uses.
