Document Description
The "S" Line Transmission route runs from the IID/San Diego Gas & Electric Imperial Valley Substation ~10 miles southwest of the City of El Centro to the El Centro Switching Station on Dogwood Road near Villa Road. The Imperial Irrigation District (IID) proposes to relocate 1.8 miles of the underbuilt distribution circuits on the "S" Line Transmission power poles to improve reliability and provide service to custromers currently receiving energy from these circuits. The existing circuit at Ross & Brockman Roads will be relocated to the east side of Rice Drain No. 3; the circuit at Kramar & Drew Roads will be relocated to the north side of Kramer Road and east side of Drew Road and the circuit at Wixom & Liebert Roads will be relocated to the east side of IID Fern Canal up to the West Side Main Canal, then 50 ft east of the existing "S" Line Transmission.
