The project consists of an application to construct a two story, 3115 sf single family residence. The residence includes a 3115 sf unfinished basement, 834 sf garage, plus porches and decks. The project site is ~26 acres and has an average slope of ~30% at the building site. A 1,300 ft driveway is proposed to access the building site. A creek crossing (cast-in-place bottomless culvert) is proposed to cross a blue line creek tributary to Graves Creek. The project requires ~5,507 cy of cut and 2,860 cy of fill, with a total area of disturbance of 1.90 acres. 16 native Blue Oak and Live Oak trees totaling 197 inches DBH are proposed to be removed to construct the driveway, bridge, and residence. The residence shall be served by an on-site septic system.
