Parcel Map Waiver/Large Lot Subdivision (PMW/LLS) to subdivide 584.17 acres, resulting in Parcel A (230.16 acres), Parcel B (43.60 acres), Parcel C (223.14 acres) & Parcel D (87.24 acres). A small building pad would be establisged on each parcel to accommodate one single family residence per parcel. The approximate sizes of the building pads of the 4 parcels are as Casitas Municipal Water District and individual septic systems would accommodate each single family residence. Access to the proposed building pads would be through the existing ranch roads to minimize impacts to current and future agricultural production.
