Document Description
To change the existing General Plan designation from Community Park, Low Density Residential, and Open Space to Recreation Commercial, and change the zoning from Residential Estate (RE), Residential Low (CZ) (RL) and Open Space (OS) to Commercial Recreation (CR) to allow construction of a new three-course minature golf facility; a new public park with picnic shelters, playground equipment, volleyball court, and passive play areas; public plaza; community building; clubhouse; parking; landscaping; and associated improvements. The project is proposed to be built in 3 phases on the southern, driving range portion of the existing Sinaloa Golf Course, and the vacant parcels between the course and Irvine Road to the south. All improvements are east of Madera Road.
