Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead Coastal Development Permit, Neighborhood Use Permit, Site Development Permit, and Lot Line Adjustment to construct a 398 sf accessory building consisting of a median room. In addition the project would restore the open space easement and a small area of MHPA are disturbed due to illegal encroachment. The ~0.99 acre (342,998 sf) project site is located at 2969 Racetrack View Drive in the RS-1-1 Zone (Single family Residential), Coastal Overlay Zone (Non-Appealable Area), Coastal Height Limit Overlay Zone, within the Torrey Pines Community Plan area (LEGAL: Lot 3 of Del Mar Estates). The site is not included on any Government Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
