Document Description
SANDAG has adopted a Second Addendum to the Final EIR for the South Bay Bus Rapid Transit Project to address a change since initial approval of the project and certification of the Final EIR on July 26, 2013, and adoption of a prior Addendum to the Final EIR on Oct 24, 2014. The proposed change involves the intersection of Siempre Viva Rd and the eastbound SR 905 to westbound Siempre Viva Rd; the existing stop sign would remain for vehicles exiting eastbound SR 905 on the westbound Siempre Viva Rd. SANDAG has determined that the project change does not create any of the conditions in CEQA Guidelines 15162 requiring preparation of a Subsequent EIR and therefore has adopted an Addendum pursuant to 15164.
