Document Description
The City of Dana Point is proposing the Pacific Coast Highway/Del Prado Avenue Phase 1 streetscape improvements for the Dana Point Town Center. This project provides the public right-of-way improvements, consistent with the Town Center Plan approved by the City and the California Coastal Commission. The design concepts of the plan call for rebalancing through-movement with public access, "calming" trafffic, enhancing the pedestrian environment, and making the Town Center more readily accessible and navigable to residents and visitors to the area.
