Document Description
The proposed Modifications to the North Basin Groundwater Project (NBGPP) would be implemented in the southern portion of the City of Fullerton and the northern portion of the City of Anaheim. The proposed modifications to the NBGPP within the City of Fullerton would include (1) a new extraction well within Woodcrest Park and an appurtenant pipeline extending west from Highland Avenue to the extraction well along Orangethorpe Avenue and (2) Highland Avenue, East Truslow Avenue and North Harbor Boulevard. The proposed modification to the NBGPP within the City of Anaheim would include: (1) revisions to the design of the previously approved water treatment plant located east of State College Boulevard and north of Carbon Creek and (2) the development of twelve injection wells and pipeline located within an Orange County Transit Authority bus service facility on the west side of State College Boulevard and south of Carbon Creek instead of a previously approved recharge facility and appurtenant pipeline under the Placentia Flood Control Basin.
