Document Description
This study was performed in response to a request made by local County Counsel and directed by the County Board of Supervisors. The study is merely assessing the expected improvements associated with the lease agreement between the County of Kings and the Burris Park Foundation. The expected improvements are directly a result of the proposed transformation of the park into a dual recreation/education facility. Such improvements include: construction of a multi-purpose room, amphitheater, trails, pond, meadows, etc.
