Document Description
The subdivision of 26.9 acres into 4 parcels ranging in size from 15 to 3.456 acres. The 3 smaller parcels would be put up for sale. A 4.03 acre concrete batch plant would be developed on the 15 acre parcel. The plant would include a batch plant, three silos, a portable cement silo trailer, a batch trailer, three 20,000 gallon water storage tanks, a concrete block casting area, a 2,000 gallon diesel fuel tank, a 100,000 gallon reclaimed water storage tank, an aggregate storage area, truck wash area, parking, and other associated facilities. The plant would produce ~300 cy of concrete per day and would operate from 5am to 5pm, Mondary through Saturday. A new on-site well would provide water.
