Generally, the project proposes to construct ~2.7 miles of a natural gas pipeline within the Southern California Logistics Airport. All infrastructure will be located within existing paved or unpaved roadways, paralell to water lines and other recently installed utilities. The proposed infrastructure will be maintained and operated by the Victorville Municipal Utilities (VMUS).
