Document Description
Request by Eunice Goodan for a Minor Use Permit/Coastal Development Permit to allow: a) the construction of a 5,019 sf, two story single family residence with an ~2,500 sf footprint, 1,281 sf unconditional basement/workroom, 886 sf attached garage, 1,297 sf deck, 5,000 gallon water tank, and various drainage and landscape improvements; and b) the use of an existing 1,100 ranch house as a farm support residence. The proposed residence would be located on a 417 acre parcel and the 16 ft wide driveway to the residence would cross an adjoining 61 acre parcel that is under the same ownership. The project proposes to disturb an ~35,000 sf area, which will include moving ~3,200 cy of cut and fill material, on a 417 acre parcel and an adjoining 61 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is in the rural North Coast planning area.
