Document Description
Site Development Permit to demolish one single dwelling unit and construct 2 single dwelling units. Lot 1 is ~0.977 acres and would be developed with a 6,241 sf, 2 story with basement residential structure and a 693 sf companion unit. The south half of Lot 7 is ~5.08 acres and would be constructed with a 6,718 sf single story with basement residential structure. The project would also construct various associated site improvements (i.e. pool/cabana, retaining walls, hardscape and landscaping). The combined 6.05 acre project site is located at 4210 Dakota Drive in the RS-1-1 (Residential-Single Unit), RS-1-7 (Residential-Single Unit), and the Clairemont Mesa Height Limit Overlay Zones within the Clairemont Mesa Community Plan area. The site is not included on any Government Code of listing of hazardous waste sites.
