Document Description
The project site includes an ~1 mile section of Brookhurst Street as well as residential areas located immediately east of Brookhurst Street in the City of Anaheim and immediately west of Brookhurst Street in unincorporated Orange County. The project proposes to widen Brookhurst Street from a 4 lane facility to a 6 lane facility, including 3 northbound through lanes and two southbound through lanes transitioning to 3 southbound through lanes midway between Chanticleer Road and Cerritos Avenue. In order to accommodate the additional shift the roadway centerline and widen the roadway right-of-way.
