The County of Merced is proposing to develop a new wastewater treatment facility with associated facilities to meet Castle Airport and the Winton Water and Sanitary District's (WWSD) wastewater collection needs.
The proposed project is located within unincorporated eastern Merced County. The project site is located northeast of the City of Atwater, east of the unincorporated community of Winton and west of the Castle Commerce Center and Airport.
