The expansion consists of an 8,000 sf cold stroage building, a 60,000 sf packing shed, 1,620 sf office and a 25,600 sf truck staging area. The subject site is located on the north side of Avenue 430, approximately 1/2 mile east of Road 56, south of Reedley.
