The project also includes landscaping which will meet City requirements and the demolition of an ~2,000 sf existing building upon construction commencement. The project also proposes to utilize an existing driveway along Pacheco Boulevard in accordance with Caltrans requirements. Futhermore, the applicant is requesting the use of a Type 20 alcohol license for the off-sale of beer and wine at this location.
