The proposal is for the construction of a new 13,969 sf retail store on ~1.22 acres of vacant property. The project includes 66 parking spaces with 3 spaces designated for handicapped parking. The project also includes landscaping which will meet City requirements and the demolition of an ~2,000 sf existing building upon construction commencement. The project also proposes to utilize an existing driveway along Pacheco Boulevard in accordance with Caltrans requirements.
Futhermore, the applicant is requesting the use of a Type 20 alcohol license for the off-sale of beer and wine at this location.
