Document Description
The General Plan Amendment Case No. "GPA2009-001" is to change the land use designation from Medium Density Residential "MDR" to Medium High Density Residential MHDR Designation for 41 parcels in Mustang Court. This change will make the General Plan land use and existing R-3 zoning consistent as required by State law. The GPA is also consistent with existing development.
