The City of Paso Robles proposes to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment facility. The treatment plant will be upgraded to an advanced secondary treatment process in the near term to meet Salinas River discharge requirements, and be set up to add teritiary treatment facilities to produce recycled water in the long term.
