Document Description
The proposed project consists of upgrades to the Avenue 54 Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The project includes replacing existing equipment along with an expansion of the sludge dewatering/drying beds. All of the proposed upgrades would take place within the existing site; no new disturbance or facilities are proposed outside of the existing WWTP area.
